Chris Douglas Photography have been involved in wedding photography and videography for over 15 years, building up a portfolio consisting of hundreds of weddings, at many different locations around the UK. Our business has been built by reputation and the majority of weddings that we cover are due to recommendations from previous clients & venues. We pride ourselves on offering a quality service at competitive prices and due to our experience we have probably dealt with every conceivable situation that could possibly happen, so nothing phases us! We have lots of samples of work from an extensive number of venues, many of which recommend us as preferred suppliers – as you will see when you view our photographs and videos we produce consistently high results every time!
Each wedding is an individual occasion and we will provide a very personal account of your day. We will discuss your specific requirements prior to the wedding date and are always very happy to accommodate any particular requests you may have.
The Photography
We take a combination of classic, contemporary and reportage style photographs. However, as many of our couples will confirm it’s not just about the photos, we aim to help make your day special by blending in with your guests and helping to put to bed the belief that every wedding photographer is loud and bossy!
The amount of coverage is totally up to you, we will fit in with your requirements – in general most couples require photographs of the preparations, ceremony and reception and then if required the speeches and first dance. We will provide you with around 800-1000 images, depending on level of coverage. For all packages, images are uploaded onto your own password protected website for friends and family to view.
Prior to your big day we also offer a pre-wedding shoot, Many couples like to get a feel for being in front of the camera as it helps them relax on the day. The cost of the shoot will inlcude all of the high res-images and other options include a large mounted photograph which can be displayed on the wedding day for guests to sign or a guestbook.
